I won the bid on April 15 at 10:23. You had 24 hours from that point to match or accept the compensation. You didn’t post until after 10:24 on April 16. It’s 24 hours from when the bid is won, not 24 hours after the commish or mods post.

For as much as i know your bid was invalid which is why there is a post on every single rfa bid saying the original owner has 24hrs to match

It is confusing. When posting matching/comp a date and time should be posted off original winning bid. This league is 24 hours decision where as my other league in Dynasty is 48 hours.

Ive just always went off when a mod or commish posted 24hrs to match, however i do believe the bears gm is correct but he should also own dawson knox but i dont see the same thing being posted on that player so im confused on which it is.

Nowhere in the rules does it state that the original team only has 24 hours from the end of the bidding process to match the offer.
At least from what I read

Hello all, Frank asked me to post this on his behalf as he isn’t able to get to a computer right now:
Bears won this player, we have always had 24 hours from the time the bid is won to post wether we want to match the offer or accept the pick compensation. Frank looked at the Dawson Knox bidding and Chargers was correct so I reversed that one as well. Bears won him and Dolphins got the pick. So, the ruling stands here and we will make sure it says this in the rules.
