1) Final Active Roster Size 2) Final PS Size 3) Gradual Roster Reduction? 4) Poaching Yes or No 5) If yes, How Poaching works 6) PS Salary Reduction Think it'll be a lot easier to get an agreement going through it part by part rather than in one singular discussion and vote.
Ideally we'll get plenty of discussion on each point and once we're ready to vote on the first point we can put it to a vote and move onto the next.
I'd expect the most contentious to be 4-6, and points 1-3 to be easy discussions but with plenty of options available.

42 active 12 TS (preferred) or 10 (if ppl think 12 is too many)
I'm in support of TS contracts still being part of the cap, but they should have a lower minimum and it must go up if activated.
In support of bids. Treat it like RFA but the draft pick compensation is equal to the round they were drafted. If undrafted then it's a 5th. If the managing team wants more then they can activate them or negotiate a different trade. And the bidding team has to offer an increased salary.

I would just consider the toil involved because "they should have a lower minimum and it must go up if activated." is a lot of work for our admins that I would vote AGAINST signing them up for. Juice would not be worth the squeeze to me for people to save $100,000 while players are on TS, and it may be many transactions.

I guess my concern is that some argue that he TA player salary shouldn't be against the cap. That's fine, but if they do go against the cap it shouldn't be at the same minimum as an active roster player.
If the free drop option remains like it is then the cap impact to the cap is fine and keeps it simple.
