I could of but reason why I did not contact Frank or why Laura never brought it up... 1. Frank did vote on the Cards/49ers trade 2. No correction was made since that trade weeks ago 3. A trade in destiny was allowed to have conditional 2019 involved and no issues were brought up then Just bringing up an answer to these points: 1) Doesn't matter, it was a mistake on all DOT's part. If a team was following the rules then they were at a disadvantage by not knowing 2019 picks were available to be traded 2) Teams may not have known about it to bring it up. Not everyone reads every trade. 3) Its a different league so completely irrelevant I agree that it was the first time, but it was voted on and not addressed. I understand they are two different leagues, but they run side by side to one another and many owners are in both leagues. My point was if it was an issue there there were a lot of people who could of brought it up and it would of been addressed in both leagues, and because nothing was mentioned that was the reasoning for setting up this deal like it was

We need more votes...
Current vote count: 2 APPROVE, 1 VETO
Rams will abstain from vote unless tie breaker is needed.

I have real mixed thoughts about this. I see multiple errors in this whole situation and I don't really see anyway around except to let it go and make sure we don't have this problem arise again. I think it is best just to let these trades go through. I don't see how we can let the cards/49ers deal go through and not the Giants/Texans deal. So for the best solution possible I say we push them through and move on. I think maybe we need to have a more strict penalty if picks are traded before they are allowed. Maybe a fine or something. I am sorry our great league had to go through this and hopefully we don't have this go any further. Approve 3-1

I do feel bad this blew up like it did. This was nothing more then two teams following another trade. That's it. Nothing more DOT missed it, two league commishoners and numerous co-commishoners never raised it as an issue. 6 votes were voted on to approve two deals, and nothing was said. No one is perfect, and things like this will happen every now and then. Nothing nefarious was happening. For those thinking that maybe rules were taken advantage of for personal gain, because I truly thought it was OK to include 2019 conditionally after the first ttwde happened here, I even allowed a deal to happen in destiny which involved 2019 picks, because I too thought that it was OK to do so. I do apologize and never intended for getting this entire situation to grow to this level.
