Currently the Bills, Texans, Giants and Falcons do not meet the minimum 35 active roster league requirement.
These GM's must address this issue ASAP or league penalties and fine will be assessed accordingly.
The easiest measure will be via free agency, or if a trade is made it must be made to get that team up to the 35 man minimum requirement
