This is a proposal to build on the Practice Squad rule we passed about two weeks ago. My vision on this has been to allow GM's the opportunity to protect their young players for a longer period of time here at Legacy NFL, in an effort to develop young talent on a farm team style ideal. This proposition would go from a max 16 game eligibility mark, up to 3 years that a player can remain on a practice squad here at Legacy NFL. We will use NFL. com as a mean of determining eligibility, and all the rules as stipulated in the initial proposition still apply, we're only changing eligibility requirements.
Here is my podcast explaining in better detail:

I'd be a little worried that the odd team might stash top draftees on their practice squad therefore legally not starting their strongest team to get a better draft position. I've seen it done.
I voted for option 2.
Maybe other teams can poach PS players to keep it honest
