Because I surprised everyone with the implementation of the sniping rule, maybe a more subtle approach would have been better.
Thus I will let the league decide if the snipe rule after the 20 mark should be a 2 point increase as passed via Proposition 6, or should we lower it to a 1 point increase after the 20 hour mark.
