First time doing this so not sure if this is right, but here goes: 1M (tender price) + 450k (45%) = 1.45 (minimum) 4 yrs (1.60) x 1.682M = 2.69 pts (?) 4.18 pick compensation You're just bidding on the player, forget the tender stuff, and then looking to beat the previous bid by a minimum of 0.1M So the only thing you need to post is the amount of years your offering (in your case 4,) the salary you're offering which I think you're saying is 1.682M So 1.682 multiplied by the 4 yr multiplier (1.6 ) = 2.6912 pts (Your post would look like this: 4 yrs at 1.682 = 2.6912pts) The winning bid is the highest correctly calculated points total, and it's probably easier to make it a little less convoluted ie 1.7 (salary) x 1.6 (4 yr multiplier) = 2.72 pts |
