Current state, as long as teams remain under the salary cap at all times and meet the 48-man (Plus TS) roster limit by the end of the NFL Preseason, there are no limits to roster sizes during the offseason.
if approved, roster limits would be enforced all offseason with the small exception that TS players would not need to be declared before the regular season begins, putting the offseason roster limit at 56 players.
This rule would go into effect for the 2023 offseason

It's my belief that all is fair on love and war...Being that this is business, and we somewhat reflect RL, I think unlimited rosters while staying within cap is more than reasonable.
As a side note: we do have to become more aggressive without excuse to following and enforcing rules though.

with a 90-10 margin and 20 votes, I am going to consider this proposition PASSED. This rule will be in effect for the remainder of the 2023 offseason and moving forward
