I’ve never been a fan of the “soft” limit. I think it presents opportunities for abuse. I would be all for a hard limit, I think we should keep it at 15. That’s a good amount of picks. Great video Frank!!

I like the soft rule, draft picks are currency and if you make it a hard rule it would affect trading down the line.... I had I think around 20-22 last season, picked 15, used 4/5 as successful RFA bids and the rest to move up in the draft
But I'd be ok with a hard 20

I think either keeping the soft 15 or moving to a hard 20 with 15 selections allowed makes sense to me.
A Limit of 15 selections still sounds fair as it still allows team to build well through the draft (Look at the Broncos) but stops a team just being a rookie farmhouse
We'd need to consider how RFA could impact that as teams with lots of picks already as well as a lot of RFA players may then be forced into a situation where they have to match a bid in order to stay under 20 (or any agreed hard limit), or be forced to lose a pick

Could do 2 deadlines with it. 20 before RFA, then a deadline to get down to 15 after RFA, but before the draft
