Comps picks will be awarded to clubs that have been neglected by their management. This will give these franchises, and their new owners an opportunity to recoup some of the talent that has been lost over the past year because a particular ball club did not have an active management team. Comp picks will range from 2nd rounders through the 5th round. Some ball clubs have been very neglected, and need an extra helping hand just so they can field a line-up in the 2015 season, and its also an extra incentive when league managers try and find new owners to take these ball clubs over. League managers will have discretion as to how many and what quality comp picks these organizations will receive.
Comp picks will be announced in the near future...

Based on the lack of management, and the sheer lack of available talent heading into the 2015 season, league management will award the Oakland Raiders Organization 4 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
2nd round comp (non tradable) 3rd round comp (non tradable) 4th round comp (non tradable) 5th round comp (non tradable)
While this organization does have some good talent, this roster has been absolutely decimated and feel that the max amount of comp picks is in order. This organization will need these picks to try and re-establish itself in future seasons. We need to give the new GM of this organization some hope that this team can be rebuilt sometime in the near future.

Based on the lack of management, league management will award the Kansas City Chiefs Organization 3 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
3rd round (non tradable) 4th round (non tradable) 5th round non tradable)
The Chiefs are a team that has some decent talent, and that was displayed by making the playoffs despite the fact that no management team was truly present throughout most of the year. That said, because they made the playoffs, they cannot be considered the same disaster the Raiders organization has become, so KC gets a little less value in comp picks heading into the 2015 rookie draft.

Based on the lack of management, league management will award the Washington Redskins Organization 3 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
3rd round (non tradable) 4th round (non tradable) 5th round non tradable)
While I believe this organizations roster is just as bad, if not worse then the Raiders, they did make the playoffs. And, that was taken into consideration when assigning comp picks. Still, this team has fallen far behind in talent, and the comps will help the new GM of this organization recoup some of the lost treasures because of a lack of management over the past year.

Based on the lack of management, league management will award the Jacksonville Jaguars Organization 3 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
3rd round (non tradable) 4th round (non tradable) 5th round non tradable)
I just got word that the Jags GM will not be returning. This is not a surprise, he really was never that active and I'm looking forward to getting a more active manager for this organization. The basis for awarding these 3 comp picks is because the team has fallen behind because of weak management. The situation with this organization is not dire, and it does deserve some help to get it going again.

Based on the lack of management, league management will award the Seattle Seahawks Organization 4 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
2rd round (non tradable) 3rd round (non tradable) 4th round (non tradable) 5th round non tradable)
This is another team that is absolutely decimated by a lack of management, probably worse than the Raiders organization. Thus I'm going to give the Seahawks organization the max amount of comp picks.

Based on the lack of management, league management will award the Green Bay Packers organization 2 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
4th round (non tradable) 5th round non tradable)
The Packers while lacking any management most of last year, are in relatively decent shape. They have some decent talent, and some good draft picks for this years draft. But, they have fallen behind mainly because two different owners in consecutive years bailed on this before both the 2013 and 2014 season. The picks we're awarding are minimal, which I think justifies the immediate need. A good GM can turn this organization around quick.

Based on the lack of management, league management will award the Philadelphia Eagles organization 3 comp picks for the 2015 season. They are as follows:
3rd round (non tradable) 4th round (non tradable) 5th round non tradable)
The former Eagles GM hadn't worked with this club since the summer of 2014. And, while there are a ton of players on the roster, their appears to be little upside to much of the talent. Also making things very complex for this organization is the status of Sam Bradford and his massive contract.
