Adam Schefter reports from Indianapolis:
"Reports are coming out of the Colts organization that superstar wide out Jordy Nelson may be heading to a new city to play. The details are very scant right now, but a close source within the organization says that a trade pending the high scoring wide receiver is just about a done deal.
