Changing the time was always part of the plan, and we do have precedence in this league. We have never gone all 5 rounds with a 24 hour clock. I do apologize between the miss communication between myself and Ryan, but I did inquire with him that I was going to change the allotted time for picks in the 3rd round. There were many requests by other GM's to speed up the draft process, particularly in the later rounds, and because that's what we've always done, I really didn't see a problem. The reason why we waited until the middle of the round is because I was not able to get in front of the computer for a couple weeks because of health issues concerning migraines that incapacitates me at times. My initial idea was to actually drop the time starting in the second round, but was not able to address that because of those health issues. My plan is to actually drop the time limit between picks even more starting in the 4th round, at 8 hours per pick. I just wanted to clarify what the situation is, and hope other GM's would prepare accordingly.

I am pausing the clock today, picks may still be made, but the clock is off until tomorrow morning at 8 am est. Have a good memorial day all.
