This is a big one, and it will fundamentally change our league. If we vote to keep the salary exchange, it means we keep Google Docs, and with the volunteers that have pledged to help out, it should ease the burden of running this league. However, the more important issue is how cap exchange serves the league from its competitive nature. While the cap exchange makes for a very friendly trading environment, it is also ripe for abuse from teams that are rebuilding in any given year. If we vote to remove the cap exchange, then the majority of transactions will be moved to MFL. The previous agreements of money exchanges will be honored.
