This is a proposition to add a 21st starter to the Legacy NFL weekly line-up.
Here are the 3 proposals being considered:
Proposal #1: Make no changes to the current weekly line-ups
Proposal #2: Add a permanent mandatory second starting Defensive Tackle to the league starting line-up.
Proposal #3: Add a temporary second starting DT for the league weekly line-up, with a permanent conversion to a DL Flex starting in the 2019 season.
Since we have 3 proposals up for vote, a majority vote of 17 GM's has to be surpassed if any of these propositions are to pass. If no majority if reached, a second league wide vote with the top two proposals will take place.
