Speaking to Jaguars GM Shane, he has confirmed with me that he has permission from the ownership team in Jacksonville to 'come to the table with big money, and they will spend it all if they have too'. If this scenario turns out to be true, than we cannot predict what kind of contract numbers we are looking at for both Matthew Stafford and Matt Ryan, but definitely record breaking. It appears obvious here that Joe Flacco's time in Jacksonville may be coming to a close, and we could see a situation where he is put on the trade block ASAP if the Jaguars are to win out on the QB sweepstakes"
