"I have confirmed with Rams GM Frank that he plans to watch a lot of the free agency moneyball bloodbath to play itself out from the sidelines. The Rams GM went on emphasize that their league record 5 straight division titles, their one league championship and their all time league best record throughout the regular season have come without ever dropping any big money in free agency, as financial discipline has been the key to their organization's success. He went on to add 'we will look for opportunities, and take our chances with some bargain deals in the second stage of free agency. We have a pretty good track record in free agency, without spending the big money'. He went on to add 'we are in the midst of a mini rebuild, we look forward to some trading opportunities as the rookie draft approaches' as the Rams are currently a mere 11M under the cap."
