I am sick and tired of getting into the middle of the season when byes and injuries hit, and many teams not having enough players on a roster to field as complete of a line-up as they can. While some positions are more difficult to deal with in terms of depth because of a shortage of supply, there are some positions that for the most part never really have to call for a weekly zero mid season. If we are a league that starts a minimum of 4 defensive linemen, then your going to have to field a deeper roster at that position than the minimum. Im seeing teams out here with only 4 dline men on their entire roster, when there's plenty of players at that position on the waiver wire. I dont care if that Dlineman only averages 3 ppg, we need as complete of a line-up as we can get week in and week out.
Starting next season, not only will we have roster minimums and maximums, but we will incorporate position minimums and maximums on certain positions as well.
We need to do better as a league!
