Legacy NFL GM's,
We had a scoring error on MFL for the first seven weeks of the season. I was made aware of this error by another league member, who had informed me that MFL was double crediting touchdown passes for QB's. Myself and other league mangers investigated the problem and made a change to the league scoring system to reflect what the Legacy NFL scoring system should actually be according to league rules, as we removed the double scoring from the QB position. As a result of this change, a few Legacy NFL games of the previous weeks have been altered, thus affecting the standings. I realize this may come as quite a big surprise to some GM's, unfortunately we do not know the nature of how this scoring system changed occurred, as the scoring system is not really an issue we league managers actually touch in MFL all that often. The nature of this error really makes no sense to me, as to why anyone would have made a manual error like like this in the first place. My hunch is that it was an MFL error, that we as a league overlooked in the scoring system for the first 7 weeks of the season. I want to offer my apologies to those that were adversely affected by this mistake.
