This proposition will allow for a revision to the Legacy NFL IR rule. As it currently stands, when a GM places a player on IR, league rules stipulate that that player must stay on the duration of the specified length of the that rule with a no trade clause. This proposition would allow to abolish the IR no trade clause, and would allow for players placed on league IR to be able to be traded.
