Veto 1-1
I think this is fair value for an unextended Leonard Williams who has been a consistant top 10 DE every year when he's been healthy. I see nothing significant being added for the 3 extra years he's now contracted for.
For reference Gregory Rousseau on a 2yr RFA contract went for a 1st and 2nd, and Myles Garrett on a 3yr deal went for a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and two 4ths.

Veto (1-2). I agree with Dan on this one. The pre-trade Extension essentially gives BUF a second extension. While it's perfectly legal, it does require additional compensation in my opinion.

Imo Williams isn't the player Garret is to warrant that kind of pick compensation. Rousseau would be closer in line for me. But that's still a pretty big age difference along with RFA control that would come with Rosseau.
I went back and forth on this one. A opinion can definitely be made that the perceived value of adding an extension with Williams does probably need a better return.
Could the Seahawks have gotten better or higher in the round picks if shopped around? Probably. That doesn't happen in a lot of trades though. The perceived value is probably on the shorter side but I'm not sure it's enough to veto for me based off the value side of it alone. I do think the trade goes in the direction of both franchises who have GM's that have been doing it here with us for some time. So because of that I'm going to lean approve.
Approve 2-2

I will approve based in that both GMs are vets and this trade does not cripple market value or a franchise. If any of those elements came up short, I would veto as the strongest piece and value does show one way
