If a team has any special circumstances with any of their players, I am going to implement this rule since it isn't really in writing. Any team can provide an argument to the Commisioner about a retirement, injury, or other special circumstances which are outside of league guidelines to help provide a cap relief or other effects on that players team. All decisions made will become an option to the GM to either elect the Commisioner decision or go about it in other standard league rulings. This will be an outlet for all the unthinkable and to help create a fair environment for the league as a whole.
