As per leagues propositions 6, 7 and 9:
Contract extension prices for a QB will rise up to a max of 12M on the 1st extension and 16M on the 2nd extension by the year 2021
Contract extension prices for RB and WR will rise to a max of 7M on the 1st extension and 12M on the 2nd extension by the year 2021
