Here's how the new rule reads:
One contract restructure per year of a max of 3M per contract for contracts 12M and over in any given year, 2M for contracts 6M and over in any given year, and 1M for contracts for 3M and over in any given year, plus a 50% cap hit for any restructured contract. You can move this money any way you want, you can back load to clear up cap space for current year, or you can front load to clear up space for future years.
